Extremely high temperatures have caused excessive load and increased failure of electrical equipment beyond its normal operating conditions. This was stated by Ruslan Slobodyan, Head of the State Energy Supervision Service, during a telethon, UNN reports .
This abnormal heat, on the one hand, caused an additional load, and on the other hand, it led to increased failure rates of electrical equipment. Such high-temperature conditions are too extreme for the operating conditions of the equipment. As a result, we have the following emergency situation in the power system, which has caused complications in the power supply to some regions
He emphasized that the accidents would be repaired by the end of the day.
