The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) has opened nearly 2,000 criminal proceedings for crimes against Ukraine's national security since the full-scale Russian invasion. The courts have already sentenced some perpetrators to imprisonment, and 647 indictments have been sent to court.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the SBI has completed and continues to investigate 1942 criminal proceedings for crimes against Ukraine's national security.

Among them:

▪️ 1,501 criminal proceedings on high treason (Article 111 CCU),

▪️ 348 criminal proceedings on the fact of collaboration (Art. 111-1 of the CCU),

▪️ 29 criminal proceedings on aiding and abetting the aggressor state (Art. 111-2 of the CCU) and others.

Currently, based on the results of pre-trial investigations:

▪️ 922 people have been notified of suspicion,

▪️ 492 people are wanted,

▪️ 1142 people are being checked for involvement in high treason and collaboration activities,

▪️ 647 indictments were sent to court.

Additionally,

the SBI emphasizes that crimes against the National Security have no statute of limitations.
