Kyiv • UNN
The SBU has detained a resident of Sloviansk who directed strikes on the city through her son, an occupier. The traitor faces life imprisonment and is currently in custody.

Counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine detained a Russian agent in the Donetsk region who was directing missile, bomb, and drone attacks by the Russian occupiers on Sloviansk and surrounding areas. This was reported by UNN with reference to the SBU.
Details
The investigation established that the informant was a local unemployed woman recruited by the enemy. To involve her in cooperation, the Russians utilized her son—a member of the armed formations of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation who is fighting against Ukraine.
The man was used as a "liaison": the agent herself was tasked with tracking the temporary basing locations of the Defense Forces in the frontline city and its outskirts.
Upon receiving the relevant coordinates, the enemy hoped to carry out precision strikes against them using kamikaze drones, extra-heavy guided aerial bombs, and missile weaponry. To collect intelligence, the suspect covertly asked acquaintances for "news" about the defenders of the Donetsk region under the guise of casual conversation,
The woman also established an additional channel of agent communication through a former resident of Sloviansk who had moved to the Russian Federation and administers a hostile Telegram channel.
For her, the agent recorded voice messages in which she "leaked" the locations and movement routes of Ukrainian troops in the Kramatorsk direction. She was subsequently detained by the SBU.
During searches, a smartphone was discovered and seized from her, which she used to accumulate intelligence and for agent communication.
The detainee was notified of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law). The sanction of the article provides for life imprisonment with confiscation of property. Currently, the detainee is in custody.
