Russians are preparing Mariupol residents for terrorist attacks: possible provocations on their part

The occupiers in Mariupol are reportedly preparing for terrorist attacks, calling on residents to avoid crowds and ensure safety.
In the temporarily occupied Mariupol, the invaders are preparing people for terrorist attacks. UNN reports this with reference to the Mariupol City Council.
A memo on the rules, procedure and actions of the population and organizations in the event of a threat of a terrorist act is distributed in local public media. It states that terrorist methods are being used to instill fear. These include explosions and arson attacks on residential and administrative buildings, shops, train stations, hostage-taking, buses, and hijacking of airplanes
It has been reported that the occupiers may be preparing provocations during the holidays to stir up fear and hatred.
"We ask people who are in Mariupol to be careful and take care of their own safety. We urge you not to attend mass events and places with large crowds in the coming days. Be careful and take care of yourself!" the statement reads.

Earlier, an adviser to the mayor of Mariupol reportedthat Russians are planning a terrorist attack with a large number of civilian casualties in Mariupol during the New Year holidays and urged residents to avoid mass events.
