Russian propagandists use actors in stories about "their own" - The Resistance Center

Russian propagandists hire actors to play soldiers and mechanics in fake videos about a "special military operation" in Ukraine.
Activists of the Cyber Resistance have obtained documents that demonstrate how propagandist Anna Arbatskaya creates an alternative reality about the so-called "svoe" for the Russian citizenry. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance, UNN reports .
Details
Before the full-scale war with Russia, Anna earned money by filming mediocre commercials and stories in the Russian countryside outside the Moscow Ring Road. However, in 2022, her team began receiving orders from the Russian state machine to produce videos about the war against Ukraine, the Russian army, and the so-called "volunteers" who help it.
It is noted that Anna Arbatskaya, who calls herself "Panther", positions herself as a "volunteer" and "journalist", helping the Russian occupation army and propaganda. It was this person who published cynical footage from Zenit, where the Russian occupiers had previously shot unarmed Ukrainian soldiers of the 110th Brigade who had surrendered.
It is noteworthy that Arbatskaya cynically titled her project about the crimes of the Russian army in the occupied Ukrainian territories as the Army of Good.
The Cyber Resistance activists gained access to the propagandist's letters, which described the work on the project and found interesting documents. One of them was a cost estimate for the filming, which outlined the fees of actors and staff on the project set.
After all, there is no "army of good", but only Anna's low social responsibility and her anti-human thirst for money. For this purpose, Anna Arbatskaya's team hires people who, based on the position description in the budget, will play a tanker and a mechanic driver in one of the videos about "svoe." The amount of money for such work is quite decent,
According to the figures, Anna Arbatskaya's "mech driver" earns almost three times more per day on the set than a Russian army mechanic-driver on the front line. That is, it is more profitable and safer to be a fake military in Russia than a real "participant of the military operations" because Russia is a kingdom of crooked mirrors, activists say.
The resistance notes that the Russian propaganda machine is trying to hide its internal, so to speak, "kitchen". To do this, additional agreements are concluded between customers, which are production studios and performers like our Anna, "on non-disclosure of confidential information.
