In particular, the local public website "Base" writes that a lieutenant general of the Russian Armed Forces, whose name has not been disclosed, and his assistant were killed in the explosion in Moscow. According to one version, the explosive device could have been attached to the handlebars of a scooter standing near the entrance.

Later, it became known that Lieutenant General Igor Kirilov, the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense troops of the Russian Armed Forces, was killed in the explosion in Moscow. The death of his assistant was also confirmed.
