Russia fired rockets and “shaheds” at Kupyansk district of Kharkiv region. Two people were injured, buildings were damaged, and an agricultural lyceum was on fire. The enemy used 5 missiles and 7 FPV drones over the day.
On the night of August 22, the Russian army massively shelled Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region with rockets and “shaheds” , injuring two people and setting fire to the building of an agricultural lyceum. Over the past day, Russia fired 5 missiles and 7 FPV drones at Kharkiv region. This was announced on Thursday by the head of the RMA, Oleg Sinegubov, reports UNN.
“During the day, the enemy used four X-35 missiles, seven FPV drones, and one Iskander against civilian infrastructure and unarmed residents of Kharkiv region,” Sinehubov wrote on Telegram.
According to him, enemy shelling was recorded:
- August 22 03:18-04:50 Kupiansk district, Shevchenkivska TG, Hetmanivka village. As a result of the shelling, private houses and social infrastructure objects burned. A 43-year-old man was injured.
- August 22 03:14 Kupyansk district, Shevchenkivska TG, Odradne village. The building of Shevchenkivske village council was burning as a result of the shelling.
- September 22 02:20 Otradne village, as a result of massive rocket fire and a Shahed UAV, the building of the Shevchenko Agricultural Lyceum was damaged.
- August 22 02:19 Kupyansk district, Shevchenkivska TG, Hetmanivka village. The shelling destroyed a non-residential building, at least 4 residential houses. A woman was injured.
Yesterday, on August 21, Russian troops fired at:
- 17:47 Izium district, Izium TG, Kamyanka village, outside. A car was damaged as a result of shelling with an X-35 missile.
- 16:30 м. Kupyansk. The shelling damaged a private house, a fence and a garage.
- 12:38 Kharkiv district, Tsyrkunivska TG, Petrivka village, outside. The shelling destroyed grass, trees, reeds, 14 residential buildings, 8 outbuildings, a garage and a car.
- 12:36 Kharkiv district, Dergachivska TG, Kozacha Lopan village. The building of the village council was damaged as a result of the shelling. A 56-year-old woman was injured.
- 12:23 Izium district, Borivska TG, Radkivski Pisky village. There were no casualties.
- 11:30 Kupyansk district, Kurylivska TG, Nechvolodivka village, a farm. As a result of the shelling hay and grass were burning.
- 11:30 Izium district, Borivska TG, Shyikivka village. As a result of the shelling from multiple rocket launchers, grass and shrubs were burning, the area of the fire was 5 hectares.
- 11:23 Izium district, Borivska TG, Iziumske village. As a result of the shelling, logs and grass were burning.
- 09:20 Kupiansk district, Kupiansk TG, Kupiansk town. As a result of the shelling the grass was burning, the area of fire is 1 hectare.
