During a night attack, Russian drones targeted a foreign merchant vessel while it was navigating the maritime corridor at the entrance to the Port of Odesa, the Ministry of Development and the USPA reported on social media on Monday, UNN writes.

While moving through the maritime corridor at the entrance to the Port of Odesa, Russian UAVs attacked a civilian merchant vessel. The vessel sustained minor damage but continued its journey. No one was injured

The USPA added that "on the night of April 27, the enemy once again launched strikes on the port infrastructure of Greater Odesa and facilities ensuring the operation of the Ukrainian maritime corridor. As a result of the attack, an energy facility on the territory of a cargo terminal was damaged, and local fires broke out, which were promptly extinguished by the relevant services."

As specified by the USPA, "while moving through the Ukrainian maritime corridor, the merchant vessel RAMCO (flag of Nauru) was attacked. The vessel sustained minor damage, and the fire on board was extinguished by the crew."
