On the left bank of the Kherson region, the command of the 61st Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Russian Federation does not evacuate the bodies of the dead soldiers after the assaults. According to ATES, this is being done to avoid paying compensation to the families of the victims.

The Russian military command refuses to take the bodies of its soldiers from the islands on the left bank of the Kherson region in order not to pay compensation to the families of the victims. This is reported by the ATES movement, UNN reports.

"Agents of the ATES movement from among the Russian Armed Forces report on the arbitrariness of the command of the 61st Brigade on the left bank of the Kherson region. Commanders throw people into murderous assaults and then refuse to evacuate their own 200th," ATES reported.

The guerrillas said that after one of the assaults, where more than half of the company was killed, the command refused to take their dead subordinates. According to the movement, this is done on the instructions of the higher command in order to avoid paying compensation to the families of the victims. According to the documents, the soldiers killed on the islands are considered missing.

"The surviving soldiers are confronting their commanders, asking why the bodies of their comrades are not being taken away, while the boats continue to run empty. The situation is aggravated by the cynical behavior of the commanders. When asked about rewards, one of them said: "Until I hang my chest with orders, I don't give a f*ck about medals," ATES added.

In addition, against the backdrop of losses and this attitude, conflicts with the command are increasing and cases of sabotage and diversion among the military are becoming more frequent.
