Russian drones damaged locomotives and injured a train driver in the Dnipropetrovsk region, reported on Tuesday Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration - Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksiy Kuleba on social media, UNN reports.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the monitoring team warned of the danger in advance.
"But the driver was injured by shrapnel while heading to the shelter. He is currently receiving the necessary assistance, and there is no threat to his life," Kuleba stated.
According to him, "as a result of the UAV strikes, locomotives and rolling stock were damaged."
"Train traffic in the region is being promptly restored. Railway workers continue to work, ensuring connections with Dnipro and other regions of the country," the official noted.
