Russia is trying to create tension and manipulate the lists of prisoners.
The Russian side is once again beginning to delay the exchange of prisoners of war. This was reported to the journalist UNN secretary of the coordination headquarters for the treatment of prisoners of War Dmitry Usov.
When asked whether the publication of the alleged list of Ukrainian prisoners of war and cynical statements that Ukraine does not agree to take them away mean that Russia is again beginning to delay exchanges, Usov replied: "Yes. Our last exchange was on October 18. Today is December 5, and according to the principle of work of the coordination headquarters, we work in such a way that an exchange takes place at least once every two weeks, and when this exchange does not take place, it means that there are certain problems that the Russian side creates in this direction."
Usov noted that the Russian side is trying to create social tension. In addition, he told what information about prisoners of war at peaceful rallies should not be reported.
"All events (peaceful rallies – ed.) that take place with the relatives of prisoners, they are almost all in communication with the coordination headquarters. Before holding an event, we communicate with them and explain what needs to be shown and what doesn't. Because there should be hygiene. We tell families that it is not necessary to specify the title, position, because it can be used by the Russian side," Usov said.
