On Saturday, June 20, Deep Strike units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the Tyumen oil refinery. The drones successfully covered about 2,500 kilometers to the target, reports UNN citing the SSO.
Details
This plant is a full-cycle enterprise. As reported by the Special Operations Forces, the plant's throughput capacity reaches up to 9 million tons of oil per year. It produces gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and aviation fuel. The refinery plays an important role in supplying fuel to the regions of Western Siberia.
The Special Operations Forces are increasing the capabilities of their long-range strikes. There is less and less space in the Russian Federation where the war started by the Russians does not return

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the successful use of modernized Ukrainian long-range Fire Point drones against the Tyumen refinery, located over 2,000 km from the border.
UNN also reported that in a number of regions of Russia, fuel supply disruptions are observed, queues are forming at gas stations, and some networks are imposing restrictions on the sale of gasoline and diesel.
