Polish protesters block four checkpoints on the border with Ukraine, preventing trucks from entering but allowing buses and cars to move freely, demanding a limit on the number of trucks entering Ukraine.

Polish protesters block 4 checkpoints on the border with Ukraine, preventing trucks from passing through. However, the movement of buses and cars is unhindered. This was stated by the press service of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, reports UNN.

Details 

In particular, Polish protesters are blocking traffic on 

  • Medyka-Shehyni checkpoint Polish protesters continued to block the movement of trucks entering and leaving Ukraine. Buses and cars continue to pass in both directions.  
  • The blocking of truck traffic at the Korchova - Krakivets checkpoint has been preliminarily extended until 9:00 a.m. April 20. The protesters demand to limit the number of trucks entering Ukraine to 5-7 per hour, regardless of the type of cargo.
  • Polish protesters also continue to block the movement of freight transport at the Yagodyn-Dorogusk and Rava-Ruska-Krebenne checkpoints.

Ustyluh-Zosyn, Uhryniv-Dolhobychuv, Hrushev-Budomezh and Smilnytsia-Krostsenko checkpoints are operating as usual
