Mykola Kolisnyk called the information about the burned transformers at the South Ukrainian NPP an IPSO that plays into the hands of the enemy. He assured that the power system is being stabilized and emergencies are being promptly eliminated.

The information spread by various experts that three transformers burned down at the South Ukrainian NPP plays into the hands of the enemy. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Mykola Kolisnyk during a telethon, UNN reports.

When asked about the situation with the three transformers at  South Ukrainian NPP that allegedly failed, Kolisnyk replied: "I would like to note that the information disseminated in the media by various experts is actually to some extent an IPSO and plays into the hands of the enemy. After all, the disclosure of such information is, firstly, quite negative, and secondly, this information is obtained in various unclear ways. I would like to note that the power system is currently stabilizing quite quickly, and if there are any emergencies, they are unforeseen situations.
