Additions
The SBU found out that collaborators are engaged in the spread of the Kremlin regime in the temporarily occupied part of the region. To do this, they participate in organizing mass repressions against members of the Resistance Movement.
During punitive measures, Russians kidnap people and put them in Russian dungeons. In dungeons, victims are subjected to numerous tortures, in particular, they are electrocuted and left without water or food.
In this way, the enemy is trying to break the resistance of the Russian invaders and intimidate the civilian population of the region. In addition, using repressions, their organizers and performers wanted to ensure the "turnout" of local residents in the fake elections of the Russian Federation.
Recall
The Security Service of Ukraine accused Russian Lieutenant General Yevgeny Poplavsky of war crimes, including personally directing the repression and torture in Liman. General of the Russian Armed Forces Poplavsky gave orders for kidnappings and attacks, and also forced local residents to help the invaders under threats.
