Pension certificates will be available in Diia: how to get them up to date

From now on, only an electronic pension certificate without a paper counterpart can be issued in Ukraine through the Pension Fund portal. The document will automatically appear in Diia, but some types of pensions need to be added manually.
In Ukraine, it is already possible to apply for an electronic pension only. The documents will appear in the Diia application, UNN reports with reference to the Diia public service.
"Now you can apply only for an electronic pension, without a paper analog. This way, you will receive the document much faster and without traveling to government agencies," the statement said.
You can apply for an electronic certificate online on the Pension Fund's web portal. To apply, you will need a pension record in the Register of Insured Persons and a taxpayer number. When ready, the certificate will be displayed in Diia.
The old-age pension will be automatically pulled into Diia, but the disability, survivor, or long-service pension will need to be added to Diia manually.
"Scroll through all the documents in the application, select Add Document - Pension Certificate. Previously, this approach was implemented with a driver's license. Now, every fifth Ukrainian replacing a license in Diia orders only a digital document," Diia said.
