Left bank of Kyiv: by order of Ukrenergo, emergency outages have been applied

- reported by DTEK.

Residents of Kyiv are asked to use electricity sparingly.

"This will help preserve the energy system," the company noted.

Update

According to the Ministry of Energy, as a result of hostilities and shelling of energy facilities, some consumers in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions are temporarily without power supply.

It was reported that "the application of restrictions is not forecasted today." However, consumers were reminded that active energy consumption today should be shifted to daytime hours - from 10:00 to 16:00. In the evening hours, consumers were asked, if possible, to use electricity sparingly - from 18:00 to 22:00. This helps reduce the load on the system.

Ukrenergo noted that electricity consumption is showing a trend of growth. Today, June 25, as of 09:30, it was 3.7% higher than at the same time the previous day – on Wednesday. The reason for the changes is the hot weather persisting across the entire territory of Ukraine, which encourages consumers to actively use air conditioners.
