Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets announces plans to visit up to 400 Ukrainian prisoners of war held by Russia by the end of the year, following a recent visit to 119 prisoners.

He also noted that a recent visit to 119 captured Ukrainian servicemen. The Ombudsman emphasized that visits are a tool to understand that Ukraine's defenders are alive.
