Russian military attacked Ukraine with three Kinzhal missiles. One of them was shot down in the Kyiv region, the Air Force does not report on the "fate" of the other two, UNN reports.
Details
According to the Air Force, an air alert was declared at 14.09 a.m. throughout Ukraine due to the takeoff of MiG-31K aircraft from the Savasleyka airfield. At about 14.15, missiles were launched. Arrivals in the area of Starokonstantinov began at 14.20.
Note that it took only 10 minutes from the moment the air alert was announced to the arrival in central Ukraine, the Air Force emphasized.
In total, the enemy used three X-47M2 Kinzhal air-launched ballistic missiles from three MiG-31K aircraft from the airspace of Tula region in the direction of Kyiv and Starokonstantinov. An anti-aircraft missile unit of the Air Force of Ukraine destroyed one X-47M2 "Kinzhal" missile in Kyiv region. We, of course, do not comment on the consequences of hits/non-hits of enemy missiles in Khmelnytsky region
Additionally
The Air Force added that several enemy targets reported earlier were probably imitated by enemy electronic warfare.
"However, we will continue to promptly report the direction of movement of all targets, as it is impossible to immediately establish whether it is a real "Dagger" or a so-called "fake target". In any case, we urge citizens not to ignore air raid alerts! The danger is real! Together - to victory!" - the Air Force summarized.
