Students can now change their place of registration in a dormitory online through the "Diia" portal. For this, there is no need to visit a Administrative Services Center (TSNAP) or submit paper documents - it is enough to submit an application, obtain approval from the educational institution, and wait for the decision. How to change the place of registration in a dormitory:
- log in to the Diia portal;
- open Services → All services → Change of place of residence;
- check your data and select registration in the dormitory;
- indicate the educational institution and the dormitory address;
- if the residence agreement is concluded on paper - add its number and date;
- sign the application with a qualified electronic signature (QES) or Diia.Signature;
- after the application is approved by the educational institution, pay for the service and wait for the result.
It is noted that students who are not conscripts, have a taxpayer identification number (RNOKPP), and have concluded a residence agreement in the dormitory can submit an application.
