You can receive up to 12,000 hryvnias per month: new child payments are being launched in "Diia"

The "Diia" app has announced three new services for applying for state child benefits online. Pregnant women, mothers of children under one year old, and working parents of children aged one to three are invited to participate in beta testing.
The administrative services app and the "Diia" portal have announced the introduction of new child benefits. This is reported by UNN with reference to the above-mentioned resources.

New digital services will allow applying for state support online, without personally visiting social protection authorities and submitting paper documents. Pregnant women, mothers of children under one year old, as well as officially employed parents raising children aged one to three years are invited to test.
Applying for maternity benefits
The first service involves applying for maternity benefits for women who are not insured in the compulsory state social insurance system. This refers to a state payment for pregnant women and mothers who, due to lack of insurance, cannot receive corresponding benefits at their place of work.
Citizens of Ukraine aged 18 and over who are pregnant or have recently given birth and have a valid medical certificate of the category "Pregnancy and Childbirth" can join the beta testing. Women whose medical certificate of pregnancy or childbirth expired no more than six months ago can also participate.
At the same time, the applicant must not already be receiving assistance under this medical certificate or have previously submitted an application for its appointment in another way.
To apply for the service, you must have in "Diia" a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a taxpayer registration card number, a registered place of residence or actual place of residence for internally displaced persons. In addition, a Diia.Card with a general account or the ability to open one is required.
Assistance in the first year of a child's life
The second service concerns state assistance in the first year of a child's life. After the full launch of the service, mothers will be able to submit an application through the "Diia" portal and receive 7,000 hryvnias per month per child. If the child has a disability, the payment amount will be 10,500 hryvnias per month.
Mothers aged 18 and over who have a child under one year and seven months old and are not yet receiving the specified assistance are invited to beta testing. The participant must have a completed medical certificate of the category "Pregnancy and Childbirth", digital documents in "Diia", a registered place of residence or a confirmed actual place of residence as an IDP.
To receive funds, you must have or open a Diia.Card with a special account "Child Care".
Financial assistance for parents under the "eYasla" program
The third service is the "eYasla" program, which provides financial support to parents who officially work and simultaneously raise a child aged one to three years. After the launch of the service, the application can also be submitted online on the "Diia" portal.
The amount of monthly assistance under the "eYasla" program will be 8,000 hryvnias per child. For parents of children with disabilities, an increased payment of 12,000 hryvnias per month is provided.
Adult citizens of Ukraine who are raising a child aged one to three years and officially work full-time can participate in the testing. The applicant's passport and tax number must be displayed in "Diia". It is also necessary to have a registered place of residence or actual place of residence as an internally displaced person and a Diia.Card with a "Child Care" account.
"Diia" clarified that in cases where the right to assistance under the "eYasla" program arose earlier, the application can be submitted within six months. Then payments will be assigned from the month following the child's first birthday, but not earlier than January 1, 2026.
Registration for testing each of the three services takes place through separate forms published on the official resources of "Diia". Beta test participants will be the first to check the application process, report possible technical errors, and, if eligible for payments, receive the state-provided assistance.
