NBU strengthened the hryvnia: dollar and euro exchange rate for June 24

The National Bank of Ukraine set the official hryvnia exchange rate at UAH 44.8819/USD, strengthening it by 3 kopecks. The euro exchange rate was UAH 51.1048, strengthening by 31 kopecks.
The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official hryvnia exchange rate at 44.8819 UAH/USD as of today, strengthening the hryvnia by 3 kopecks over the day, reports UNN citing NBU data.
The NBU also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate for June 24 at 51.1048 UAH/EUR, strengthening the hryvnia by 31 kopecks over the day.
According to data on specialized websites as of Wednesday morning:
- in banks, the dollar is traded at an average rate of 44.63 UAH for buying and 45.12 UAH for selling, the euro at 51.04 UAH and 51.70 UAH respectively;
- in exchange offices, the dollar is traded at an average rate of 44.83 UAH for buying and 44.95 UAH for selling, the euro at 51.40 UAH and 51.70 UAH respectively.
