The NACP will begin checking declarations for 2024 in May: what is important to know

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption will check declarations for 2024 in May of this year. This is reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of Justice.

Details

According to data received from the NAPC, the verification of submitted electronic declarations for 2024 is planned to begin as early as May 2025. This is due to the fact that declarants have 30 days to correct possible errors in the declarations from the moment they are submitted.

The process of declaring income and property is an important stage that requires responsibility and thoroughness, but even experienced declarants can make mistakes

- the Ministry of Justice said in a statement.

The possibility of correcting errors in the declaration is provided in the Unified State Register of Declarations, but this must be done correctly and on time to avoid possible negative consequences.

 If an error is detected, the following steps should be taken:

  • log in to your personal account;
    • find the submitted declaration - next to it is the "Submit corrected declaration" button, which will be active for 30 days from the date of submission of the document;
      • click on the button - the system will create a draft corrected declaration;
        • make the necessary corrections to the declaration data;
          • save the changes, after that the draft corrected declaration will be saved;
            • submit a draft corrected declaration.

              Let us remind you

              According to the electronic declaration of the head of the NAPC, Viktor Pavlyshchuk, he received almost UAH 4 million in salary from the NAPC and NABU last year. At the same time, his wife received more than UAH 1.3 million, and also applied for state aid under the "Winter eSupport" program.
