Russian troops use "prisoners" in attacks

In the Tavriya sector, the Russian occupation forces are increasingly refusing to go on the offensive amid significant losses, and the Russian command is throwing "prisoners" into meaty assaults. At the same time, there have been fewer attacks by kamikaze drones, but the enemy is still dropping guided bombs. This was reported on Tuesday by the commander of the operational and strategic grouping of troops "Tavria", Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavsky, UNN writes.

Ground infantry attacks continue. The enemy continues to lose manpower by the hundreds. In different directions, there are more and more cases when ordinary soldiers refuse to participate in active offensive actions,

Tarnavsky reported in Telegram.

According to him, for two days in a row, a decrease in the use of kamikaze drones has been recorded. However, the enemy continues to drop UAVs.

The occupiers continue to replenish their bloodless units with prisoners. The Russian command considers this so-called "special contingent" to be expendable. And they do not hesitate to throw them into meat assaults,

Tarnavsky noted.

According to the commander, Ukrainian defenders are holding steadfastly in the Avdiivka sector. The enemy's offensive actions east of Novobakhmutivka, northeast of Berdychiv, in the areas of Avdiivka, Opytne, Severne and south of Tonenke were unsuccessful - 23 attacks were repelled.

At the same time, an offensive operation continues in the Melitopol sector.

The total losses of the occupiers in the Tavriya direction reached 374 people. One tank and one ammunition depot were destroyed, Tarnavsky said.
