Meteorologists warned of thunderstorms, hail, and frosts in Ukraine

On April 26-27, thunderstorms, hail, and squalls up to 20 m/s are expected in the southern, central, and eastern oblasts. On the night of April 27-28, frosts in most regions with an orange danger level.
In Ukraine, a deterioration of weather conditions is expected in the coming days – thunderstorms, squalls, and frosts. An increased level of danger has been announced in most regions. This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, writes UNN.

According to forecasters, on April 26-27, thunderstorms will pass through the southern, central, and eastern oblasts, in places with hail and wind gusts up to 20 m/s. Across the entire territory of Ukraine during these days, a yellow danger level will be in effect due to strong winds.
On the night of April 27-28, frosts are expected. In most oblasts, a drop in air temperature to dangerous levels is forecasted (orange level), in the south – frosts on the soil surface (yellow level).
Forecasters explain this weather by the influence of atmospheric fronts, which bring cold air and cause fluctuations in temperature and pressure.
Weather in Kyiv Oblast
In Kyiv Oblast on April 25, cloudy weather with clearings is forecasted. At night without precipitation, during the day in places light rain. Temperature at night will be 1-6° above freezing, during the day – 11–16°.
In Kyiv, 3-5° above freezing is expected at night and 13-15° during the day.
At the same time, on the night of April 25, frosts down to 0–3° are possible on the soil surface in the oblast, a yellow danger level has been announced. Forecasters warn that such conditions can harm early-blooming plants.
