This is reported by UNN, with reference to the press service of the Odesa City Council and the Black and Azov Sea Hydrometeorological Center.
Due to the deteriorating weather conditions, Odesa City Hall appeals to Odesa residents and guests to be vigilant, limit their movements and travels as much as possible, especially for the elderly, children and pregnant women. Please do not leave vehicles under trees and power lines, move carefully under the trees - strong gusty winds may cause branches and cables to fall.
Forecasters reminded that easterly wind gusts of 15-17 m/s are expected in Odesa during the day, March 12. Accordingly, the hazard level has been determined - it is currently yellow.
UNN also reported earlier that 415 "invincibility points" would be deployed in Odesa region amid bad weather.
