The Law and Justice (PiS) party is leading in the local elections in Poland. According to the PiS exit poll, Law and Justice, which won the Polish Sejm elections in October 2023, is now in the lead again, with 33.7% of the vote.
The Civic Coalition (KO) came in second with 31.9% of the vote. Other parties also received a certain number of votes:
The center-right Third Way group, which is part of Tusk's ruling coalition, won 13.5 percent of the vote, ahead of the far-right opposition Confederation party with 7.5 percent. The Left, which is also part of Tusk's coalition, received only a disappointing 6.5 percent.
