According to Baza, the power went out around 5 p.m. in the houses of the 114th block (Volgogradsky Prospekt and Volzhsky Boulevard) in the Kuzminki district of Moscow. According to residents, sometimes the lights come back on, but not for long.
The heat is also going away - people are posting in chat rooms that the radiators are rapidly getting cold. According to sources, no power outages were planned for the area.
