Kyiv Zoo has built two new aviaries for exotic Ara parrots donated by volunteers. The aviaries are equipped with canopies, feeders, swings and toys for rehabilitation and socialization of the birds.

Two new aviaries for ara parrots were built in KyivZoo. This time, exotic parrots - green-winged ara and blue-yellow patriotic ara - received new homes, which were transferred to the zoo by volunteers. After treatment and rehabilitation, they undergo socialization.
The new aviaries are equipped with weather shelters, knitting bars for beak training, various feeders and drinkers, interactive swings, fountains, and wooden toys. The aviaries are located in the KyivZoo orchard.
