In Kharkiv region, Russian troops continue shelling Kupyansk, and a civilian was hospitalized with a wound, the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office reported on Tuesday, UNN reports.

The investigation found that on August 20, at about 10:00 a.m., the Russian army shelled the city of Kupyansk again.
"A 59-year-old woman was wounded and hospitalized. Private houses in the town were damaged," the statement said.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
