The KMVA explained that the cancellation concerns the performance of duties as deputy head of the military administration, and not the regular position of Povoroznyk.
The decision of the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration does not concern the staff position of Mykola Povoroznyk as the first deputy head of the administration. This was reported by the administration's press service in Telegram, reports UNN.

As explained in the KMVA, it concerns the order regarding the assignment of duties of the first deputy head of the military administration to Mykola Povoroznyk - at that time this position was vacant.
