Investigative actions at the Khmelnytskyi NPP are related to criminal proceedings regarding the possible embezzlement of UAH 12 million during procurement.
Investigative actions conducted today, June 25, at the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant took place within the framework of a pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings. This was reported to a UNN journalist by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.

As reported by the PGO, the investigative actions conducted at the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant took place within the framework of a pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings.
It was opened on the fact of possible embezzlement and misappropriation of 12 million hryvnias during public procurement of goods for the KhNPP.
The criminal proceedings were opened under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Misappropriation, embezzlement of property or acquisition thereof through abuse of office).
