In the occupied territories of Ukraine, the invaders are trying to attract cadets to serve in the police because of the shortage of local personnel. However, the branch of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Institute is half-empty, despite free training without exams.

In the temporarily occupied territories, there is a significant shortage of locals to serve the occupiers. This time, the Russians are trying to find cadets for the Luhansk branch of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,
