In the occupied territories of Ukraine, the invaders are trying to attract cadets to serve in the police because of the shortage of local personnel. However, the branch of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Institute is half-empty, despite free training without exams.
In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, due to the lack of people, Russian invaders are looking for cadets to serve in their police force. This was stated by the Center of National Resistance, UNN reports .

However, the locals are in no hurry to join the police force. So the branch is half empty. Even the free form of training and the absence of exams do not help to improve the situation.
The Resistance noted that in this way, the enemy has to continue to send its police officers to the occupied regions on a rotational basis.
