In Vovchansk, a 64-year-old man was seriously injured as a result of an explosive device being dropped from a drone. The victim was hospitalized in serious condition.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that a local resident was wounded as a result of the dropping of explosives by the Russians in Vovchansk.
