Rescuers found the body of a 13-year-old boy in the Dniester River in the city of Halych. The boy went missing the day before while he was on the riverbank with a peer.

Rescuers found and pulled from the river a boy born in 2013, who went missing the day before in the city of Halych, Ivano-Frankivsk region. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, writes UNN.
Using an unmanned aerial vehicle, rescuers surveyed about 2 km of the riverbed downstream from the likely place of disappearance. Mountain rescuers on a catamaran surveyed 7.3 km of the river surface, and divers checked 6,000 square meters of the bottom
According to the information, SES psychologists provided assistance and support to nine people – family members and close ones of the boy.
The SES reminded that on June 22, a report of a missing minor was received by the Rescue Service. According to preliminary information, the boy was on the bank of the Dniester River together with a peer.
The circumstances of the incident are being established by law enforcement officers.
