"In the city of Gus-Khrustalny, Vladimir region, a man in a car rammed the main entrance of the former military registration and enlistment office on Vasiliev Street and set the car on fire," said Ivan, a witness to the incident.

According to him, the man in his 30s, who crashed into the building, was filming everything. The man was detained.
Rescuers arrived to extinguish the fire.
