Installations of similar structures have been recorded in the Russian capital before
According to ASTRA, this is not the first such case. Previously, eyewitnesses filmed the process of installing a similar platform on the roof of the residential complex "Avenue 77" in the Chertanovo district, which is considered one of the tallest buildings in the area.
A local Telegram channel that published the installation video deleted the post a few minutes after publication. In the comments, users speculated that the structure could be related to the placement of military objects, including air defense systems.
Russian authorities have not yet provided official confirmation of the purpose of the platforms or their connection to air defense systems.
