President of Honduras visited Kyiv last week
Nasri Asfura, who took office at the beginning of the year, has repeatedly expressed support for Ukraine. Last Friday, he visited Kyiv, where he held a meeting with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
During the talks, the Ukrainian leader offered Honduras the opportunity to benefit from Ukrainian experience in various fields, particularly in the area of modern technologies.
As BBC notes, Ukraine actively uses drones in the military sphere, while for Honduras, one of the main challenges remains the high level of violent crime associated with drug trafficking, street gang activity, and corruption.
