HACC remanded another judge of the Kyiv Court of Appeal in custody with bail of almost UAH 5 million

The High Anti-Corruption Court remanded Kyiv Court of Appeal Judge Viktor Hlynianyi in custody with bail of over UAH 4.99 million on suspicion of bribery; the measure of restraint is valid for 60 days.
The High Anti-Corruption Court has remanded in custody with the possibility of bail in excess of UAH 4.99 million judge of the Kyiv Court of Appeal Viktor Hlynianyi, who is suspected of taking a bribe, reports UNN with reference to the SAPO.
The HACC granted the petition and imposed on the said judge a preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative of bail in the amount of UAH 4,997,608, with the imposition of appropriate procedural obligations,
The measure of restraint is valid for 60 days.
Addendum
The High Council of Justice has agreed to arrest Kyiv Court of Appeal judge Viktor Hlynianyi.
Four judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, who were caught taking bribes to lift the seizure of property of a private company, were served with suspicion notices.
As UNN learned from its own sources, these are Yuriy Slyva, Viktor Hlynianyi, Ihor Palenyk and Viacheslav Dziubin.
