"Over the past day, 139 combat engagements took place," the General Staff reported.
According to the updated information, yesterday the aggressor launched six missile strikes (using twelve missiles), 55 air strikes (involving 72 combat aircraft), carried out more than three thousand attacks, 105 of them from multiple launch rocket systems.
"Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit two artillery systems, an ammunition depot, an electronic warfare station, six areas of personnel concentration and another important object of the occupiers," the General Staff said.

In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy continued offensive and assault operations with the support of aviation, a total of eight combat engagements took place in the areas of Vovchansk, Hlyboke, Starytsia and Liptsi.
The number of combat engagements in the Kupyansk sector increased to five over the last day. Defense forces repelled enemy attacks in the vicinity of Sinkivka and Petropavlivka in Kharkiv region.
On the Lyman direction, our troops prevented 21 attacks by the occupiers near the settlements of Hrekivka, Makiivka, Nevske in Luhansk region, Terny in Donetsk region and in the Serebryany forest.
In the Siversk sector, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled seven attacks in the areas of Spirne and Vyymka in Donetsk region and Bilohorivka in Luhansk region.
On the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped ten enemy attempts to break through our defenses in the areas of Klishchiyivka, Kalynivka, Ivanivske and Andriivka in Donetsk region.
In the Toretsk sector, the aggressor was quite active, conducting 18 attacks in the areas of Toretsk, Pivnichne and Nyzhnyk in Donetsk region. He supported his actions with air strikes.
In the Pokrovske sector, our defenders repelled 45 occupants' attacks near the settlements of Kalynove, Novooleksandrivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Yevhenivka, Prohres, Yasnobrodivka, Novoselivka Persha, Umanske and Netaylove in the Donetsk region. The aggressor carried out more than half of them near Novooleksandrivka and Novoselivka Persha.
In the Kurakhove sector, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Krasnohorivka, Nevelske and Kostiantynivka, where the enemy tried to break through the defense of our troops nine times.
On the Vremivsky direction, the enemy attacked our positions seven times in the areas of Kostyantynivka, Vodiane and Makarivka in the Donetsk region.
Two combat engagements took place in the Orikhivsk sector. The enemy received a fierce rebuff near Mala Tokmachka.
On the Prydniprovskyi direction, the occupiers continue to try to drive the Defense Forces units from their positions on the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro River. All five attacks of the Russian invaders were unsuccessful.
In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, the operational situation remained unchanged. No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, and shells settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation.
"At the same time, our soldiers continue to actively inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, deplete the enemy's offensive potential along the entire combat line and in the rear," the General Staff said.
