"It should be noted that the Russian invaders also use S-300 systems to strike at peaceful cities of Ukraine, destroying residential buildings and terrorizing the civilian population," the General Staff said.
They also added that the joint combat work of all components of the Ukrainian Defense Forces on important targets of the Russian armed forces continues.
Earlier, the governor of Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, said that the air defense forces allegedly destroyed the missile over the region, and no casualties were reported.
