The court extended the measure of restraint in the form of detention without bail until June 10, 2024, for the former president of Motor Sich JSC Vyacheslav Boguslaev and his accomplice, who are accused of collaboration, aiding and abetting Russia and assisting a terrorist organization.

Recall
Boguslaev and his accomplice are accused of collaboration, aiding and abetting the aggressor state, and assisting a terrorist organization (Article 111-1(4), Article 111-2, Article 258-3(1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The former president of Motor-Sich JSC is also charged with obstructing the activities of military formations during a special period (Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
