The former head of the OP is suspected of laundering 460 million UAH during construction projects near Kyiv. Prosecutors are requesting detention with bail set at 180 million UAH.

The former head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, arrived at the court hearing where a preventive measure is to be chosen for him, as evidenced by videos from the scene posted online, UNN reports.

The hearing to select a preventive measure for Yermak in the case involving the legalization of 460 million UAH in elite construction near Kyiv began on May 12.
Earlier, the NABU and SAPO reported that the former head of the OP was served with a notice of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – legalization of property obtained by criminal means.
The SAPO stated that they would request his arrest with an alternative bail of 180 million UAH.
