For the first time in history, the National Bank raised the official dollar exchange rate above UAH 37

The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate at UAH 37.0245 to the dollar for the first time as the economy shows positive trends and controlled inflation.
The National Bank of Ukraine has raised the dollar above 37 hryvnias for the first time in its history. UNN reports this with reference to the NBU.
However, unlike the official exchange rate, the exchange rate was much higher last fall - up to 43 UAH.
Thus, the official exchange rate as of December 14, 2023 is set at the following level: UAH 37.0245 per USD 1.
The euro exchange rate is set at: UAH 39.9217 per 1 euro.
