During the two years of occupation, no qualified medical care has been created in Rubizhne. The collaborators have not purchased equipment and are not looking for medical staff, and residents are forced to travel to Luhansk.
The collaborators have done virtually nothing to purchase equipment for the city of Rubizhne in Luhansk Oblast, and no search for medical personnel is underway, Luhansk RMA claims, UNN reports.

According to the RMA, people who have the opportunity go to Luhansk for treatment or examination. In Rubizhne, there are no specialized doctors at all, and there is a shortage of therapists.
“Vouchers are issued to a maximum of five people per day,” says the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
