Corrupt MSECs and “disabled” prosecutors are the consequences of the corruption system built by Poroshenko, the expert says.

While Petro Poroshenko was posing for the cameras with alleged help from the front, his deputy head of the MSEC was caught extorting a bribe from a military man. It was Poroshenko who actually built this corrupt system of the MSEC, the consequences of which are still felt to this day. Political expert Valentyn Hladkykh wrote about this.

"At the very moment when on November 8 the 'icebreaker' was posing for a picture while handing over a tractor for Ukrainians' money, his Eurosolidarity colleague, the head of the MSEC, was being arrested for extorting $2000 from a soldier who has half of his body paralyzed," notes Valentyn Hladkykh.

According to the expert, it was during Poroshenko's tenure as head of state that a "bomb" was planted with the disability of prosecutors, corrupt heads of the Medical Expert Commission, customs officers, and other civil servants.

"It was Poroshenko who actually built this corruption system, the consequences of which we see today. Please note! A number of the heads of the MSEC are now MPs from Eurosolidarity. A number of prosecutors who have discharged themselves were appointed during the Poroshenko-Lutsenko prosecution reform. Customs officers who are caught on bribes turn out to be local council members from the party of the "gray-haired man". A case in point is Svitlana Baranska, a deputy from Eurosolidarity, who was recently caught in a customs scam. The weight of this corruption scandal was already 1.5 million dollars," emphasizes Gladkykh.

The political expert also emphasizes that the fact that the soldier who was extorted was wounded in Chasovyi Yar while defending Poroshenko and his associate, who demanded a bribe from the defender, adds to the cynicism of the situation.

"How cynical do you have to be to have more than a billion in your pocket (Poroshenko has been getting fatter every month lately), to shed tears on the graves of defenders for the PR cameras and at the same time collect money from Ukrainians and rob the military with a gang of bribe-takers," writes Gladkikh.

As was reported earlier, Petro Poroshenko spends on his PR projects the funds he received from securities bought for unpaid taxes in Ukraine. It may be about UAH 2.5 billion.
