According to him, "the last weeks have shown a change in the tactics of the Russian Federation." "Shaheds" fly into the airspace of Kharkiv in groups and carry out combined strikes on residential areas, critical infrastructure, and business facilities. And in 30-40 minutes, when rescuers, doctors, police, and communal services are already working at the sites, the enemy targets them a second time. Cold and cynical calculation: more victims, more destruction, more human fear," - Terekhov said.
"In a month - 99 wounded, including 12 children. Two people died," - the mayor said.
