“Earned” more than $1 million on mobilization evaders: heads of Boryspil and Bucha TCR and their accomplice detained

The heads of the Boryspil and Bucha TCRs were detained for organizing a scheme to evade mobilization. During the searches, more than $1 million and forged documents were seized from them and their accomplice.
The heads of the Boryspil and Bucha TCRs, as well as their accomplice, were exposed and detained in a scheme to evade mobilization - more than $1 million was seized from them during searches. UNN reports this with reference to the Prosecutor General's Office.
As UNN learned from its own sources, it is about Leonid Vykochko, the head of the TCR of the Buchan district, and Serhiy Rusin, the head of the Boryspil TCR.

"Under the procedural guidance of the SBU Prosecutor General's Office, with the assistance of the Armed Forces Medical Command and the Armed Forces Land Command, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, two heads of district TCRs in Kyiv region and their accomplice were detained," the statement said.
They are reportedly suspected of obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces and other military formations, as well as providing illegal benefits (part 1 of Article 114-1, part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, the heads of the Boryspil and Bucha TCRs organized a scheme to evade mobilization. They ensured the production of forged medical documents, which later served as the basis for declaring persons liable for military service unfit for military service and their exclusion from military registration. So far, more than 20 people have been documented as having tried to evade mobilization in this way
It is noted that the suspects tried to involve officials of the Central Military Medical Commission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in their illegal activities to ensure unimpeded approval of the necessary documents.
"Thirty-three searches were conducted at the TCR premises, as well as at the residences of the TCR leaders, their accomplice, "fugitives" and in the cars of the defendants. During the searches, almost half a million USD was seized from two heads of district TCRs, and more than 600 thousand USD from their accomplice, as well as military registration and medical documents of persons liable for military service," the statement said.
The Office of the Prosecutor General reports that the issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention without bail is currently being decided.
