Due to the bad weather, 559 settlements in Ukraine, including Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Donetsk regions, lost power, and four regions suffered new damage to power grids due to Russian shelling.
Due to unfavorable weather conditions, 559 settlements in 10 regions of Ukraine remain without electricity.
