Dollar nearly at 44 hryvnias, Euro becomes cheaper: NBU set exchange rates for May 13

The official dollar exchange rate rose to 43.97 UAH, while the euro fell to 51.64 UAH. In banks, the dollar is trading at a rate of 43.75-44.19 UAH.
As of Wednesday, May 13, the National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate at 43.97 hryvnia per dollar. The official rate on Tuesday was 43.96 hryvnia per dollar. The official exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro will be 51.64. This is reported by UNN with reference to NBU data.
Details
The official dollar exchange rate is: 43.9709 UAH (+1 kop.) per dollar. The NBU also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate at: 51.6416 UAH (-8 kop.) per 1 euro. The official zloty exchange rate is: 12.1591 UAH (-4 kop.) per 1 zloty.
According to data on specialized websites, as of 08:00 on Wednesday:
- in banks, the dollar is trading at a rate of 43.75-44.19 UAH, the euro at 51.50-52.00 UAH, and the zloty at 11.80-12.40 UAH;
- on the interbank market, rates are 43.96-43.99 UAH/USD and 51.58-51.60 UAH/EUR.
